We change all new rolllers, pads, we check and rebuild the fuser (many companies don't), and perform many other tasks to rebuild the printers, make sure they can last until next due maintenance date. Many companies sell the used printers as refurbished printer, actually they don't do anything except clean out the exterior, run a few test pages.
